5명 (본원 및 파견) 의 레지던트를 교육하였다.
3년차는 부검소견을 통한 사인과 질병과정 추정, 동결절편검사 시 적절한 조직의 채취, 외과병리검체의 진단에 부합되는 적절한 임상적 처치의 원리 이해, 외과병리 검체의 분석을 통한 환자의 예후 및 치료의 이해, 분자병리의 기본 원리의 이해, 세포병리학적 검사시 진단기준의 습득 및 screening, 면역화학적 염색, 면역형광검사의 판독 습득, Flow cytometry의 기본원리의 이해, 전자현미경 원리 및 표본제작과정의 이해, 과내, 과외 및 대외 집담회 발표, 학술논문 작성
2년차는 표본 제작시 야기되는 artifact 분석 및 능력함양, 조직별, 병변별 고정용액의 선별 능력을 함양하고, 각각의 특수 염색의 질병별 선별 능력 및 각 질병별 부검시 적정한 방법을 습득하였다. 뿐만 아니라 동결절편시 표본 제작과정의 이해, 대검체의 육안적, 현미경적 소견을 통한 병인의 분석 능력, 세포병리학적 검체의 표본제작과정의 이해, 면역화학적 염색, 면역형광검사의 원리 이해, 과내 및 과외 집담회 발표능력을 증진시켰다.
1년차는 현미경 사용방법 및 표본 제작 과정을 이해하고, 병리과에서 시행하는 각종 염색과 염증, 종양, 면역 등 일반병리의 기본원리를 습득하였다. 외과병리의 cutting 수기를 습득하고 간단한 외과병리 검체의 육안적 검사 및 현미경소견과 대검체의 육안적 소견과 현미경 소견을 숙지하였으며 기본적인 부검 술식 및 소견의 습득하였다. |
